Technology Standards

The National Educational Technology Standards (NETS) are a set of standards published by the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) to improve the use of technology in K-12 education and to empower students to be able to become successful in a digital society.

Technology brings many advantages to education.  Classes can be taught outside the classroom.  Students can learn at their own pace.  Information is constantly current and updated.  Student engagement is very important and can help students become successful in their learning.
